Privacy

These pages are static and quiet: no analytics, no tracking cookies, no telemetry, no third-party scripts. The product runs on your machine and we never see your requests.

Effective 30 September 2026, version 1.0. Issued under Skilak LLC.

What these pages collect

Nothing. The Download page checks the release manifest so it can show version-specific installer links. Everything else renders from static files already in your browser. The general skilak.ai privacy notice covers hosting logs and the contact form.

  • No forms on the Mesh pages.
  • No analytics or tracking pixels.
  • One request on the Download page: https://downloads.mesh.skilak.ai/latest/scripts.json

Product data

The product is separate from this website. Mesh keeps its audit record on your computer, without message content. Audit metadata and keyed fingerprints can still be sensitive; you control access to them and how long they are kept.

If an operator enables support email, a reverse proxy, or other external endpoints, those endpoints have their own privacy terms.

Regulatory disclaimer

Skilak Mesh does not guarantee complete identification or redaction of Protected Health Information or other regulated data. Skilak LLC is not a HIPAA compliance certification provider, does not act as a Business Associate, and does not execute Business Associate Agreements for self-hosted deployments. The operator assumes sole responsibility for HIPAA, HITECH, and other applicable regulations.

Detection of names and other free-form personal data is statistical and incomplete. The optional person-name detector is built on spaCy's en_core_web_sm, whose published NER accuracy is roughly 85–92% on typical English names, and it is off by default. Do not treat Mesh as a de-identification control.
